This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within the United Kingdom. By shopping with kitset, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Free return shipping is also included for all eligible returns.

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT, London) – Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) before dispatch.

Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday) via Royal Mail.

C. Delivery Terms
We ship exclusively via Royal Mail to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

D. Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@kitset.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.

E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

F. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

Refuse the delivery if possible and notify us immediately.
If accepted, contact us at support@kitset.co.uk with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

G. International Orders
At this time, kitset only ships within the United Kingdom.

H. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
