By placing an order through kitset, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and provide you with a smooth return and refund experience. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
All items we sell are eligible for return; we do not have final sale items.
Both defective and non-defective products are accepted for return.

B. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will provide you with a free downloadable Royal Mail return label and detailed instructions.

Package your item securely and send it back using the provided label.

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

C. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.

D. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:

Damaged items

Faulty products

E. Restocking Fee

F. Refunds
